doesn't seem to work ! in Start8 Stardock Forums

I just got a laptop with Windows 8.1 (my Windows 7 one is being repaired), and the charms bar and clock/calendar are driving me nuts. (Yeah, welcome to the club...) Anyway, I downloaded the trial version yesterday and it didn't work. I figured that it must be because I've got 8.1, and needed to purchase Start8 to get full functionality. I did that earlier today, downloaded/installed and .... it worked for about an hour ... now it's stopped working, and the idiotic charms bar and c

account / profile update error message in Stardock Central Support Stardock Forums

Just wanted to let you know that when I went to my account profile to update a couple of things, and clicked "update," I got an error message saying that the updates hadn't been made and that I should contact support. But, the changes were actually made, and I received the confirmation email. You might want to remove that error message, it's pretty confusing.
