Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into it, and keep trying the destabalization. I may also try some culture bombs, etc. But I'll save my game and see if the destabalizaion has any real affect a few years down the road. Please, if anyone has any more suggestions, post em, theis thread isnt closed ;)

Didn't someone say early on that the high levels would get slightly more tax revenues.? Likewise, low lvls would get less revenue. That could be you problem. :)
I've been trying to destabalize the Torians, so I gathered up the tribute, slid up taxes, slide down spending. I've fully maxed the destabilization amount, gone over max I mean, to over $2000 a turn to disterb these skin flakes. thei'r popularity is at 100%, and I've been waiting a while to see an improvement, but the 100 hasnt budged. Should I just wait it out? and then eventuallly see the Torians fall to the I-League, or am I totally waisting my hard ....errr "earned" cash :notsure: <
Yes, but is there a difference between star system defense and planet defense? does star system defence affect orbiting defenders, and planet defence affect troop invasions? Stardock reallly needs to be clearer on this.

When a social project says it adds to the planet's or system's defense, does that mean in the case of an invasion, or does it help orbiting ships? And is there a difference between planet and system defense?
In the random event concerning corruption in businesses, the evil option is a +(number)% interest rate bonus. PLEASE what does this mean?

Yeah I have Drengin and 1.03.057, and latest direct X, plus I emailed my saved games to Brock to see if he can fix em, do you think he can give them to CariElf to fix em, or if he can fix them himself?. But I cant seem to get the beta for 1.04 from Drengin.net, cant find it. I dont know, Stardock Central kinda confuses me anyway, I may just wait for the full version. I also reinstalled and everything else Brock suggested. Kinda a bummer though, having to go back and reconquer the areas I lost du

Yes but most planets are less that 20
Everytime I load a saved game it crashes, even loading current civilization, it crahes. While I can start a new game just fine, its those saved ones that crash. When it crashes it just takes me back to my desktop like nothing happened, and doesn't tell me anything. I've reinsalled, and that failed, so I've given an email to StratFirst, but I wanted to see if you guys could do anything about it first. StratFirst just gave me a bunch of bullshit I already know, but I did send them the dx

While billions upons billions of precious taxpayers are hauled off to fight, and be killed by, mobs of smelly arabs, oops, I mean aliens, just so their leader(that would be me) can use the planet's resources sounds cool, there is one tiny problem. POPULATION. As I went into a limited expansion phase to punish some of my neighbors, my population went down quite a bit, and the amount at the new planets isn't inspiring much, either. Please, I have Aphrodisiac, but are there any other ways to boost
