Thanks very much for the info.

Have been looking for a while on how you are supposed to upgrade anything. Not even sure how, but I was able to upgrade my pop limit in a game or two. It says you need tech, and nothing I have found describes how you can earn tech to get your upgrades. Not asking too much here, lol. I think I have built everything but who knows. No time to look for these options in game as the ai will be on your ass before you know it. Really need to have a cursor popup when you hover over the orange tech not
