Dear staff, We made a purchase through a local distributor, who logged ticket #LCW-294-98827 for us, as we need licenses in an activation server file instead of single licenses. This ticket has been active for almost 2 weeks now without resolution. Please look into this and resolve the ticket asap. Thank you kindly!
