Your score is not simply the sum of your games. What actually happens is that your scores are grouped into 30 day blocks and then a formula is applied to each group. (I forget the exact fomula at the moment.) In addition, older games lose their value by 10% each month till they stabilize at 20% I believe.

Don't worry, the game is not designed to be unbeatable. It is in fact very beatable. You just need to find your strategy. I lost my first game to, got my ass completely kicked. Don't lose hope.

Well, I do get crashes on a semi-regular basis. My real annoyance is that it likes to minimize and open AIM windows a lot.
