Again, I must ask: Whats the point of having a regional empire if anyone can join? Its not just you, same goes for the ANZACs, Euros, and Canadians. Why call yourself something if your members arent going to be from there?

I mean, we're in no real danger from them right now, but still. 2)How exactly does this council election take place? Does everyone just post on this thread and say who they're voting for? Since there are 2 spots open, should we vote twice? What are the rules?

Well, on the one hand, i guess having over 100% of something doesnt strictly make sense. But, having 300% of something (like influence) is definately better than 100%.

Its suppose its possible under the easiest difficulties, but UTs lead to most of the diplomatic techs as well as trade I believe. Those are extremely important to winning at the harder levels.
