On the same note, how are mods installed? Are they self-extracting? I didn't see any instructions on the Library page.
The creator of the mod usually includes a readme in the files, and unless they put the effort to put a self-install package in it (which is almost never for most small mods, its easy to move the files yourself anyway) you have to move the files yourself to your Galciv directory.

A Brief History of the JEDI REPUBLIC; PART V In utter chaos from the sudden attacks by the Trade Federation, the Republic was once again on the verge of collapse. In desperation, the Republic Senate handed Emergency Powers to one man, Palpatine, a senator from the small world of Naboo. Promising to hand down the powers after the conflict, Palpatine did indeed make great progress in the war. Without the restraints of the democratic process, he built up a massive clone arm

A Brief History of the JEDI REPUBLIC; PART IV Reeling from the recent war, the Republic was in no shape to fight. But, things don't always come to pass as desired... After the war, the Republic Senate went into a feud about what to do next. Some Senators even proposed abolishing the Jedi Order and exiling all the followers of the Force, much like what happened to the early Sith religion. This was struck down, however, by much clearer thinking Senators. Ambitious enem
