Did you buy this software previously owned? If you did then the CD key has already been used by the other owner and needs to be wiped clean by Stardock, or return the game and buy one at full price (which is what I ended up doing). ~SDC~

I have been trying to use the Stardock Central area to download updates for Galactic Civ. I have registered my software (bought from EB) on the web site, created accounts with GalCiv, and Stardock, but when I try to update the main GalCiv program on Stardock Central it tells me that my email address is not the same address as their records show.
