I know a lot of people said what they would like to see in the expansion, but I've yet to see any post saying what was added aside from the map editor, campaign, major race, and the other major things. But what about the small stuff?

I have no programming skills, but I would like to TRY to make my own mods does anyone know where I could look for ... well anything that I would need to do so? I would appreciate any help.

Alignments. Also the ability to play as other races, and making it harder to be 'good' or 'evil'. Races. Allowing the minor races more freedom to expand and to be able to join into the 'major league' and vice verse for the major races, i.e. if race has X+ amount of planets =major voting, or if race has X- amount of planets =no real say in with goes on in the universe. The ability to call a U.P. event, no more than once per race, per 2-3 years, as well as no duplicate event

Permanent wormholes that can be used as strategic resources. Also the ability to rejoin the U.P. if you leave, but with some heavy penalties for rejoining.
