gameplay/demo/purchase in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I just downloded the demo. I love turn base games like this. I have played a game like this and it looks a little tough. Is there a demo walkthru or something to help me get started? Would you suggest I buy this game? Sorry alot here. this game just looks so fun. I have been playing disciple 2 and this is way different. Thanks :)
