ObjectDock and Tiles Screen Area Conflict in Other Stardock Software Stardock Forums

So I have owned the original ObjectDock and Tiles for some years now, and have been working on a surface application that enables/disables the aforementioned in addition to some other ancillary software, the idea being to switch between custom workspaces depending on which project I am developing. For a long time, while writing my application, ObjectDock and Tiles played along well, however I have run into a recent change to their behavior that I am at a loss to explain or correct.
