Goblin - there has been a LOT of debate about this very issue over the last six months; searching the forum would bring many threads to cover. A numerical modifier is applied to the final score: military=1.0, all the way down to tech=0.5. Yes, many (if not most) of us would have it differently, and I share Theoden's views on the matter. I'd also agree with your point about many roads to fame!
