Yes, I am running Windows XP. Everything else works fine on my system, so I've got a feeling there's some glitch with LogonStudio. A couple of times it has `encountered a problem' and had to close while I was trying to load a logon file.

Thanks for responding. No, all that happens when I double click on the file is that LogonStudio is launched; the name of the file is shown in the settings window, but nothing in the preview window.
Hello. I wonder whether any kind person on this board might feel able to advise me about a problem I'm having loading logons with the .logonxp extension in LogonStudio, please? I'm afraid I don't get involved in newsgroups, and I've had no reply from the relevant Stardock help e-mail address. The problem is that I've downloaded several logons with that file extension, but they won't load in LogonStudio, or even preview. When I click on Load and select the file I want, nothing happens. Ah, I see - in fact I have my browser set to delete all cookies on exit, which I prefer. So I guess I'll have to stick with the default Library list.
