on the right side of this msgbrd, scroll down to"Community" and click on "Stardock". That would be a good start for ya.
where is it on your screen, is it on top on the toolbar, is it on the bottom, is it where the back, forward, stop , refresh bottons, is it the file, edit view buttons, is it just the bar itself?? ... need more info, plz.
alot of the time it has to do with the content of whatever page you're on, i.e. if there is a large resolution pic posted I have to scroll over too.
