Fences 2.13 Not Working in Fences Stardock Forums

I've read some threads that give importance to having or not having total security 360, but, what if I do have it, what should I do to make fences work the way it's supposed to work? Fences do create only when the program is installed. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it several times, but it doesn't seem to work.It also gets bugged when I try to change the name of a Fence and I can't move any icon from the desktop. Trial used to work fine even with 360 Total Security

Bought Fences 2.13, Been Charged, but no Fences 2.13 key e-mail or download. in Fences Stardock Forums

I bought Fences yesterday, the 9.99 dollars where charged to my credit card plus some 3 dollars that I wasn't told about (I'd like an explanation of that) but there I can't acces to download Fences and my account doesn't show any bought things or downloaded things, so, what can I do? Please don't tell me I've been robbed.
