Game feels very slow now with the latest changes, because economic damage is not viable anymore in early game. Hades is useless now to the point that it doesn't make any damage to resource points. Also 50 quanta engineer limits the gameplay very much with phc, because only few strats are possible and all involves ground units. I don;t know what to make of this patch, but overall it feels as a very huge nerf to phc.
metal is a very big problem for phc, at the point it's worth trading quanta for workers, but that will disappear with the proposed changes. what I try to argue is that sub did fine without harvesters but now is even worse, because harvesters scale better with infinite resources storage. Played some of the opt in and the game feels a little slow. I would suggest to make the harvester harder to produce, because substrate macro is insane now. The biggest factor is video card. I have a 4790k quad core and it's more than enough to handle AOS. Any I5 (Haswell and above) or Rizen can handle AOS and if you want performance you need a better video card. I don't have problems with 970 gtx and I don't see myself upgrading the system very time soon.

Starburst was very efficient in killing t3 bombers, but will not be anymore. I can assure you that you cannot scout the advanced building if they are behind AA. maybe you can by using quanta but no scout should be able to fly in a base at 15 min mark. I think there are problems with the way PHC can deal with tier 3 bombers and there are even some bugs involved. - biggest problem is the t3 AA which is underwhelming to say the least, 4 of those big boys can't shot even a bomber. I can't even dare to compare it with substrate t3 AA splash damage - the other problem is a bug that allows phc bombers to kill air units with splash ex: I get 6 bombers incoming and I send all my air to deal with it and

Well Phc artilery is kind of useless now!
Sub design is better and overall retarded when compared with phc. I see after a long pause that phc is reduced on making mass athena just to survive, while sub always outnumbers phc in cruisers because of the mineral only imbalanced design of assembly. Artilery is reduced to nothing and punisher still reigns supreme in mid game. The heavy amount of cheap aa of sub and the way phc air works makes for a imbalanced head on battle in early and mid game f
Poblem is that sub have two tier 3 aa with aoe vs only one tier 3 aa phc who lacks aoe and its mad expensive.
Call engineer 50 quanta is too much, almost on avatar level. Also I have played some games lately and phc aa is underpowered compared to sub one. The problem is not single damage but lack of aoe dps. Trying to kill 4 strategic bombers requires 10× the investment in resources, in order to have a chance to survive. So phc aa lacks aoe and is very expensive for what it does.
So if I want to make some fancy play and stockpile rad fast as phc, I simply press the quanta button and -85 quanta is taken away and may proceed to lose the game So please fix this bug. It only occurs if the first thing you try is to increase rad storage!
