I'm not sure if reviews stick around for release on early access titles... but the people looking at the price and going straight to the forums are not going to look at the reviews anyway (they clearly are not even reading the store page regarding what is included and that it is a limited offer). So keeping that discussion to the one thread on the forum should be plenty.
We are not reaching into your wallet and taking money. What you get for the $99 is well worth it. You get not just the game, but [b]every DLC and expansion it will ever get[/b]--that is planned to be well more than $100 worth in total if you purchase things at release. But the fact that offering it all in one shot up front requires a lot higher commitment is not a bug. Tying that to the alpha means that only the most interested fans will be participating, and it's those folks

Sounds like something is stealing focus? You might try running the game in windowed mode (at desktop resolution still) and see what difference that makes.

Yep. The critical distinction is that the DL stars list doesn't have me in it. I didn't get mine until DA :)
Steam runs TA (the second expansion) directly when you start the game from the library. You can create your own shortcuts to the executables if you wish to play DL or DA (the original and first expansion).
GC3 uses the latest generation of our proprietary engine.

You can check with [email protected] just to be sure that you didn't register it long ago and forget. Otherwise, unless you can provide some proof of purchase there is not a lot we can do if it was never registered. A new copy with the expansion included can be had for $10 or less these days.
Rescaling from the computer end may "fix" it in that it fits, but you're going to wind up with a fuzzy picture because you're actually downscaling the digital image to counter the panel's overscanning. For really old TVs or when outputting via analog, sometimes this is the only option though. I've got four Samsung displays, and even on the ones designed for use as monitors, they factory default to overscan mode on digital connections and have to be put in PC Mode to re
Check the TV's settings for 'PC Mode' or similar. Even though we have pure digital connections these days and everything should be 1:1, many HDMI displays still overscan by default for some bizarre reason.
