Hi a friend of mine has the problem that the game always freezes after he zoomed in on the galaxy map. He is using windows 8.1 and me and he others windows 7 so i think thats the problem somehow. Is something like this known ? or any idea what else could be the reason for freez.
If the game is in steam there should no problem if you delete and download the game again. I mean thats how you fix broken files normally right ?
Hi Im playing the Arcean race and built a stellar forge (which says +10% ship healt) on my main planet. He is sponsoring a shipyard and i build some ships but there is no health increase at all. I dont know what you mean if i play them i have a basic research and a basic factory without anything done in the research tree. basic factory (here einfache fabrik) and learncenter (here lernzentrum)
( Im talking about galactic civ 3 without DLCs) (government settings are normal 33% to everything and 50/50 production) Maybe i get it wrong or do something wrong but i think the thalan tech tree is stronger than the others. I have easily an production/researchment/income of 600/600/~60 on my home planet after ~150 rounds I pretty much rush the buildings for production and research in the tech tree and go for merciless idealogy so
