Thank you for stating the blatantly obvious. My point was that if they temporarily lowered the available ability points, they should have ALSO temporarily lowered the point costs on the abilities to match, so that they could still be used.

I encountered what I assume is a bug in the new update to the Dark Avatar beta. All the races seem to have had their racial abilities increased now, reducing the number of available ability points you have to spend from 10 to 5. The trouble is that this means you can no longer purchase some of the high end abilities such as magical planet quality which still requires 8 points, or master trade routes which requires 9 points. Hitting the reset button does nothing, since the points have been alloca
