So I set out on a mission to create my first Icon Packager set about a week ago, and after that week passed, I had over 100 pretty neat looking icons (sort of) in 255x255 PNG format....not exactly ideal for conversion to ICOs (of which, at that point, I was unaware). One important note is that not only were these created on a laptop, but on a Mac (PowerBook G4). I decided to put it out as an OD set first to see how it played out, and so far it's looking pretty good... but something struck me..

Phoon, Phoon, Phoon.... what a senseless thing to say! I'm a mac 'FANATIC', as many PC 'FANATICS' like to call me! Anyways, at all the campuses I visited, the Macs were the only ones that actually...worked well. And XX, I do have a laptop, so I'm one step ahead, my friend! A PowerBook G4 1.33GHZ/1GB/60GB/Superdrive etc etc etc, with an awesome graphics card to boot. The only computer I would ever buy for my needs (graphics, filmmaking, storage, and portability).

I never really got into DX too much, the only time I used to was to apply an almost exact replica of OSX 10.1 to my mom's PC because she liked the way it looked, but the thing was heavy on RAM (which she didn't have much of). Ok, let me just clear up one thing first. Currently, while my PC is being downgraded from the horribly buggy XP to the less buggy 2k pro, I am using my PowerBook (yes that's right, a laptop, and a mac) for everything. That includes surfing the web (WC) and making skins. So normally I would download the rainlendar program and some skins, examine the skins, and figure it out on my own, but with my Mac, and Rainlendar being PC software, I'm stuck asking for help until the *sigh* downgrade is com
