There should be an own section in the forums for addmission applications, cuz It's quite "hard" to look for some empire's application-thread from this huge pile of posts. One such thread per empire and automatically created. And/or the thread could be located in the Empire status window. The (possible) admission policies could also be stated in the same window.

Enchanced diplomacy, so you could: 1. ask for stuff, not only demand or trade. Also, it'd be nice to be able to ask for (undefined) help against someone, and to ask the AI to break an alliance. (Although, some AI development might be necessary too, since the AI'd have to realize if giving you a few military techs would be a good idea or if he'd be better of in an alliance with you..... ? ) 2. ask the AI to make offers for things you choose. 3. ask the AI to attack some specifi
I had this once when I invaded an Arcean system. I'm not sure if I used informatin warfare though, but I quess I must have, cuz the population of the system was around 400'000 billion after the invasion. Unfortunately I haven't got the save anymore. Was playing 1.04.something.
I invaded a system with 5 billion troops. About 2 billion survived, but ... the planet's population somehow jumped to about 400 000 billion ! Playing a small map and the minimap indicating population the circle covered 80 % of the minimap ! :D This has happened only once, though.
