Great to see Microsoft release Office 2016 today.................Coming 'hot on the heals' of Windows 10. I'm one of those that found the light themes rather too bright in 2013 but I got used to it..........but honestly, I really preferred the look of 2010. Looks like I'll have some options for a darker theme in 2016 which is great news. There's a screenshots tour and 'whats new' at this link <a href="http://www.howtogeek.com/229356/screenshot-

Updated and working fine on my three rigs...............
And the bottom half now populates with recently used programs...........thanks. My version shows 1.01 beta. I click update and it tells me there is a new version available. It then takes me to Stardock and offers me 1.01...........I follow the prompts and installation and reboot and it still shows 1.01 beta. We then start all over again and go in the circle all over again! What gives?
Thanks Jim and Neil. Yes, Neil the list is appearing blank. I've just gone into the program and ticked 'show recently used programs' and we'll see what happens now.
In the email I received there is no mention in 'Windows 10 Support Coming Soon' of Decor8. Is this going to be updated to work on Windows 10? And if so I guess it will have a name change? The email had no mention of Iconpackager? Is this great proggy going to get some Windows 10 love too?
Loving Start10 with Windows 10 and I really like the 'Modern Style' option. I have a question and I just can't seem to figure it out having gone back and forth thru' all different options. How do you get Icons to stick on the left side of the start menu below the 'little divider thingy'. I can pin anything I like but everything appears above the divider on the left. It must be able to be done as I can see the ico

[quote who="XavierMace" reply="71" id="3583760"] Regarding the specific point originally brought up in the original post. 1) The Privacy Policy. Obviously the majority of it has been removed for maximum effect but you'll find a similar policy with any USA based company that stores data. They're basically saying that if LEO's coming knocking at the door for your data, they will give it to them. Check your ISP, I'd put money on
gonads..........That's a word I have not heard for a long time! Made me chuckle.
I have to say - much to my surprise - that I am really enjoying it. Clean install onto a new SSD and it's a flying machine. Faster than 8.1 in everyway........boot, loading programs, responsiveness etc. Like everyone else here..........I'm missing some of my Stardock apps but they'll come along in the not too distant future. Some of what has been highlighted in this topic has been going on for years - whatever operating system you have. If you think otherwise then you are sadly mistaken. They are just trying to be more transparent in their statements so they can be more aggressive like Apple and Google and, also, let you know that somethings they will have to reveal or share info if their hand is forced, legally. There are other reasons too but I don't want to feed the paranoia. Also, this artic
Nice job, Tom.
Richie was in a class of his own...........I grew up listening to him, commentating on the Test Matches, on those warm summer English afternoons and loved his style. Rest in peace Richie.
Boddington's.............They sell it over here in the US. I think I'll pop down the 'offie' (as they call it in the UK).........or 'Liquor Store' as they call it here in the US and grab a 4 pack of the 'nectar'................ [e digicons][/e]
Yep, I'd agree with a comment above..........Belgian Beer has so of the best and an incredible variety.
'Flat' does not disguise the poor and inadequate design of those icons. Still let's see.........Microsoft may well do a 360 on those icons.
Strange...........I thought Fosters would have been the most popular in oz but maybe I'm way behind the times..........
