Basically the bottom line is try to rush colonize (4 or 5 good planets 15 PQ or above should do it, change to research, research for a while and then switch to 20% social 80% research, bribe the AI's exchange techs for other techs or money and you will be fine, try to keep your tax above 65% and everything should be fine. Too many little boxes and buttons. Just a question about MOO3 how can you manage to build ships quick, I am being bombard by one of the AI's and my ship construction is like 1 every 900 turns. >:(

You can go to the GFX folder and find the images for the minor and create some images using a pcx converter program and assign new faces to the minors.

Agreed nuf said. Lets go back on track. This has been one of the greatest game I have ever played, I wander if Stardock could take the task of creating a game similar to Caesar or Pharaoh? I have some great ideas about Civ games, I contacted Sierra Studios but they didn't bother to respond my e-mails. >:(

Tylertoo, did you already decide what empire to join, I have your ship still park in the Shipyard awaiting for you. It doesnot have a name yet, the Captain is the one who renames the shipas soon as he takes command over it. ;)

1.49 its allowing you take over the minor races very early in the game, I rush for impulse drive to get my military transport and using the survey ship, I go with 500 million people on my transport and take over any minor in my area, this helps a lot specially when you get a bad starting situation. 2 or 3 extra planets come handy!!!

Yes, the info when you click your name takes a 10% decrease and the info on your individual score only takes a 5%. It is just a scoring thing. Just one more thing I don't understand why can't you buy it with a money order from Stardock? The game is not even available in many retail stores here in USA. I bought my on Best Buy and were only two copies, I couldn't find it on Walmart or K-Mart or any other retail store. So it is not a problem of USA or England is just distribution mambo jumbo thing. So if you want the game, you can send a money order and you can get it, why is so hard to do that?

Thanks Alex. I think that Stardock needs to start thinking about new ranks, sort of a bar and 1 star for those over 500k, a bar and two stars for those over 750k and a bar and 3 stars for those over 1 million k. then for those over 1.5 million k maybe 2 bars and 1 star. 1.75 2 bars and 2 stars, 2 millions 2 bars and 3 stars. Or give the actual system a new color for the bars.
