Unfortunately Brad I can "have it both ways". If the US was not done fighting then Bush shouldn't have declared major combat operations complete. I agree with Brad, that would have been a more "fair and balanced" view of the two people's positions. The best one of course would be numbers, or a "fair" view of the pros and cons of both sides. You're right, it's one about hunger, I should have been more careful in my phrasing, unfortunately, hunger, malnutrition, and the other demons that go along with it are just as bad as hunger. The root causes of hunger, as listed by the article, are insufficient food stamps, and lack of money. I can show you a lot of rich people that don't work, and, as we've argued about before, the poor people I know tend not to be able to get jobs, because either the economy is slow, or the field they've been trained in is lagging. The problem I see, and I'm relatively young, not as young as many on this post, but not old enough to have lived in the "Leave it to Beaver" world, but the problem I see, is that there is a serious lack of pride in the workplace. This goes on through all levels, from bagboys to sports stars. It's all about "the money" and not about doing a good job, or making a good product. Cheers
