Regarding posts #328 & #329 Please understand that I have no intention of losing my 3rd game :). I was just a little surprise that the event happen twice back to back. And by the way HawaiiFive-0, I did ally myself with the Arceans before I left for work. When I get back the Torians are going bye-bye.

Let me ask you guys a question: Have you ever played a game where two empires got the lovely little "more powerful every turn message"? I was getting close to a Military victory on a medium map when the Arceans hit that message and then the Torians hit it the very next turn. Talk about the tables turning... holy crap.

I'm glad to see my wall of illusion is working well. To you The White Council may seem a dictatorship, however I see Ray's rule as more of spiritual guardian then an emperor. In my experience an emperor has more of a tongue to send his troops into battle blindly where-as Ray supplies past knowledge and advice. I should also point out that when we do find the rings (and take yours from you :) ) we will be sitting atop of the Metaverse with smile.

Hey Ray, Let me say that I'm not really sure just how far my opinion/vote goes with the group. I'm unfortunetly just a "ghost in the machine" being that I still don't have the game *whimper...whimper...as I slowly crawl back into the shadows*, however I would like to contribute to all 4. If I had to choose though I would probably pick number 2.

I recently began reading posts to this forum/metaverse and this was one of the reasons for prompting me to buy this great game. Another reason was to join the White Council. In reading the posts by Ray and the others, I felt that this empire would be perfect for me. I sensed a strong core of values such as brotherhood and honor that appealed to my sense of character. I will sadly miss the White Council and I do hope that the various patches/add-ons will re-inspire the White Council's great lead
