Please, Need Help With WindowBlinds! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Ok I Have WindowBlinds 3.5 Enhanced, I Just Installed It On My Computer And When I Try To Appy A Theme To My Computer. It Then Starts To Appy That Theme But An Error Box Pops Up Saying An exception occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL "C:\windows\System32\desk.cpl",Display" !!! Anyone Know How I Could Fix This Problem? Please.... Thanks, Any Help Is Greatly Apreciated. Also If Needed I'm On Xp Home Editions OS.
