The War Party as I recall just gives +50 hit points. I still don't like the idea of a government pick subtracting stuff from you. I mean, the whole point of being evil in the first place was to get bonuses right? Otherwise everyone would be pure good and let all the worms live and leave indigenous life forms alone.

No he's asking for there to be an option to have the planet build the same thing over and over. He wants to be able to turn it off, rather than be forced to go through his planets to tell them not to build whatever it was he set them to.

They aren't too bright because there's a bit too much nitrogenous waste in their diet. Usually occurs when they clean themselves. Had the same effect as lead in the Drengin homeworld's crust.
