Well in general when once get a trouble he has to send a mail to [email protected], and in general, sometimes with a little delay, things are done ... Something very special happend last year: Impulse was sold to GameSpot and users who are now out of Stardock Account avaible through Impulse/GameSpot, may still use it to restore any backup of apps archieved and it may work ... But what about after a PC crashed and having to reinstall from scratch ?? I'm a Stardock custom
