if you have a recent registry backup, before these strange things, i would reload it... you miht have to reinstall recent programs but i think it could be a registry entry. if it's not a wayward shortcut, a malfunctioning dll, or a mis-printed start up option, it looks like something was tweaked deeper down. i just fixed a friend's machine of spyware, and his system32 folder stopped opening on startup. dispite the precautions you've taken, and the scans, something slipped through and altered som

pixel, my bro is an f-16 crew cheif, with aims to work for lockheed martin in jet propulsion. we have a lead!!! come on, we could make a ship like wallace and gromit. and go to the moon. and eat cheese. private industry has been launching satallites for years.. now mass, manned orbital space flight in the private sector can take off very fast.
let me add to that.. first off there is a documentary hitting a few theaters this summer (film festival indepedent winner) about al jazeera, which seeks to dispell a lot of the misconceptions about the station. a reporter basically sits down in there office and watches what goes on, and interviews the people that work there. i urge everyone to check it out.. 6 months ago i thought the same thing, the station was just a front for terrorist organizations.. how else could they be

on resources - i believe one could use more than the other at any moment depending on what is loaded into it. for example, a bunch of desktop x guages is going to use more than a streamlined objectbar.. likewise a very in-depth OB with nested menues will use more resources. all in all i can't, however, see OB possibly using more than desktop x i nthe long run. it is a much more simplistic program.
i don't know if i can answer that directly, but i have an opinion i'd like to share regarding OB.. i've heard a lot of people say that ObjectBar is not needed if you use windowsXP, and that it's greatest use is for people running an OS earlier than XP who want to replace their taskbar with something that can just.. do more. i highly disagree with this.. i think object bar is an amazing application. although it -does not require scripting knowledge- it is pretty powerful. it ca

paul allen made his bucks co-founding microsoft with gates.. he's got a lot of money, but his interest in this, as in other things, is purely.. educational, you could say? he's been involved in some other experimental stuff, not related to computers.. his role in this is non-microsoft. i'd say this endeavor is a step in a good direction, but there is no cause for excitement, yet.. unless you're a millionaire with money to blow. the common man won't be able to afford a flight on this thi
