I'm with Matthew...i like it when minors are close,i make them my Trade Babies just in case in time of war those long routes go away,if you use trade mods on starbases it makes those short routes good,gift them things to make there home world wonderful,then take it,the're minors after all... :D [Message Edited]

I think it's lot's-o-fun to have all the aliens set on a random good/evil every game,so u never know who/how to trust/trade with...huge or large size... and rare to uncommen life planets,allows me to role-play a little bit,'cause we not found a good one yet...:)...maso just no fun for me,but that's just me, main thing enjoy the game the way u play...right? Aloha tylertoo... If you really are building an invasion fleet, rather then build things you don't want to pay for later on low morale planets,what i do is build my combat transports on those low morale planets send them off to where you are going to build the starbase you need for combats fleet range,and after you regain goverment,decide if transports or buildings are better for that low morale planet...but as u can see... i never win on military... lol but still lik

Mod neoobie questions.. in Mods Stardock Forums

Aloha...ok if things not too skewed with the Mod then no problem with the score on the Metaverse,but seems to me, if you can Mod a game that helps a military victory,then that's not fair,i only say that because if u check.i'm never a military victory LOL but just for grins can anyone tell me some mods that might help me get a military victory? LOL i've never tried a mod and not sure how to go about it,but trust that someone will show me the way,that's what i Love about th

Aloha,just wondering how metaverse scores are adjusted for players with mods installed,i do realize some mods can cause an anomolus score,but how are other mods adjusted?Or are they?... :notsure:

I like to start with Industralists, Large size/Rare or Uncommen Planets, All the Aliens on Random Morality (makes it fun LOL) Mostly more Trade or Trade Routes,some times Diplo., Be friends/Tradewhore with Minors LOL, Then overwhelm all... But i've yet to win with a militay victory,not even close, so if you want points,don't do it this way...LOL Aloha :HOT: ~SDC~

After being away from the game for two months, i'm glad to know i won't be erased from the rolls of Arnor,or that the scores over the last few months won't be reset :) As Blueroach said above,u can always join a more active empire,or start a new one on ur own it's kinna enjoyable to look at the way-back empires and wonder what happened to those players...

I find that the fact you don't have to muck about with ship design very enjoyable, allows me to concentrate more on the other aspects of building a empire... :)
