Wow. My friend Drizzt said you guys were cool, but that's excellent. Thanks for the readme. That's just what I was looking for. I say it again: This is not only the best strategy game I've ever played (*thanks to Drizzt for the many emails recommending it it) but it's also one of the coolest companies I've heard about. I bit the bullet and downloaded the patch. It is (of course) very cool. And it only took about 15 minutes. Here's the thing-there is no obvious place to see what the difference is between the storebought game and ver 1.04. There is not even a text file in the download. That honestly surprised me. No instructions, no explanation on why a patch was created, what it improves etc. C'mon guys. After the manual, you should realize that documentation is not your strong suit and attempt to h
I am finally on the forum, my Drowish friend. I'll probably download the patch this weekend. It'll be a while before I have any icons, I have a feeling.
I've just got the game and notice that I'm missing some things explained in the updated manual, such as the political group Universalists etc. The patch is 7 megs. That'll take hours for me to download via dialup. Is there a smaller patch available or do I just click and go to bed?
