I on the other hand, and totally against the starbase limit. I hate being limited in any way. The only exception is maintanance. I like being able to have as much as I possibly can to do(see my perfect game).

Welcome to Nand1's perfect game. This game is of course a strategy/fps/Space Simulation game. Here we's go: The game starts out at your basic menu screen. Here you can select your race, what your avatar looks like, and your type of game. There game types will include: World Civilization, Galactic Conquest, Scenarios, Universal ConQuest, Explorer, Random Battle, and Epic Campaign. I had the strangest dream last night. I probably got it from reading Galciv strategy last night, but I don't know, it may have been a prediction. I hope it isn't, who knows. Anyway, it went like this: It started out in vault 13 from fallout(which I've been playing lately) and was about vault 13 for most of it, but then it switched into another dream. Veteran gives you status and recognition. Hopefully me becoming a vet increased the number of people downloading my mods, and it makes noobs look up to me more ;) .
