Maybe I'm just missing something... in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

When other races come to you and say, "We would like to trade tech" and it shows what they want you to give and what you are going to get. Is there ANY way of seeing what the tech they are offering even does? How am I supposed to gauge if it's a good trade or not? The other is, are all wormholes temporary? What's the point in all wormholes being temporary (if they are?) since only survey ships can enter them. It would be different if I could pop a constructor through and drop d
