When the ACLU and George W. Bush are on the same side on something, that should tell you something. In other news...the temperature in Hell has just dropped 666 degrees. Yes, I wonder about Kerry's motive on this. </fon

"View Edwards in the dark cast of trial lawyers, and Cheney in the sunshine of Halliburton." lol "In it, he suggests we are against war because it brings upon the soldier all the horrors we dare not face. Impoverished lifestyle, poor living conditions, food shortages, illnesses, maiming, and most harsh, the real possiblity of death." Hmm... no mention of taking a person's life. "To fully comprehend these distinctions, however, humankind must rise above the dark confusions and unquestioned instinctive pulses of the animal kingdom." IMO genetic engineering will enable this by the end of the century.

"My goal is to bring back the dark Batman and really get to the root." That would be a really good thing. Conflicted heroes are so much more interesting. "Considering it is subtitled Batman 5" Bleh....

To my knowledge, they estimate the cost of piracy by estimating the number of illegal downloads of their product. Then they assume that every single one of those downloads would be a paying customer. This is of course bullshit. I really don't think piracy currently costs companies that much money at this time, but I can see that it could. These companies need to rethink how they are approaching the problem. I think Brad Wardell is on the right track wi

I have seen the inside of the facility that holds the Stargate." Me too. "57. I’ve banged an Aussie lass. I definitely recommend that!" Hear! Hear!
