A while back I saw a bit on TV about how our brains are still developing at the age of 20. If I remember right it's the part of the brain that helps us determine right from wrong.

is there comparative data for other industrialized nations? Yes, there is. I think it's done by the WHO. If I recall correctly the US spends more on health care than any other country but is ranked only 16th in quality of the health care system.

Personally, I think he looks better in that pic than he does in most. The wrap around his head makes you look at his face while covering his giant head, and his smile actually looks genuine.
