I'm using a transparent modification of plain win10 theme and while most windows are rendered correctly, there are a few instances they aren't and window title background is white instead of the set colour. I just wanted to step by and say that I second this request. It's really weird having blurred explorer backgrounds and clearly transparent title. I hope the dev team fulfills this request
