Those red cone looking things are called Dilithium Resources? I always just called them Miltary Resources! Deinonychus: You need to build a starbase on them. You'll get a 5% bonus to military just from that. Continue building mining modules on it and you'll increase it a lot. Try this: write down the stats of a corvette before you build a SB on a military resource. Then, keep writing down the stats each time you upgrade the SB. You'll see the effects pretty well! I hap

A decision to form a formal method of recruiting resulted in a mandate which instructed empires as to how and where recruitment should occur. Unfortunately, something got lost in the translation.
