Here's what worked for me....... Uninstall Tiles - check to see if you have more than one listed in Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs if you do uninstall both (I had 2) reboot download Tiles from your account at the Stardock Store https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products reinstall

I had tried to install the store version over the 0.89 version I already had installed this morning without success. I then went into control panel and found I had 2 listings for Tiles....uninstalled both > rebooted > reinstalled the store download and now all is well. Thanks Neil

I did download the version on the store site this morning and installed it only to get the same expired message.
