Sorry I can't join you. But I'll lift a glass of Hot Cocoa in your direction before I amble off to bed. Got to get ready for that 11 hour work day. By the way, I spent some time in your neck of the woods back in the early 80's. I was stationed in North Chicago (Great Lakes) for Electrician's Mate A school while doing my stint in the Navy. Lots of fond memories and very cold memories. Arrived on the 17th of December 1981 and left in March or April.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Haven't done this for years but in the old days I would pull the Video Card out, take a pencil eraser and go lightly over the contacts. If it was a connection problem this would usually help.
You might want to try to reinstall XP if you have the cd. Put it in the drive and reboot. Follow the instructions to repair your installation.
a.Treetog, Z71, Essorant, Grayhaze, Bose, Gef, APB...... b.Tiggz, PixelPirate, Ingui, Brewman, Yangge, Pinchel.... (not really sure if they are new blood or not) c.Fow Windowblinds I'd have to say Essorant. For a young fellow he has put out a lot of quality skins and they are the skins that I use most. For Icons it's Yangge for Objectdock and APB for Iconpackager. For walls Kenwas. DX is Gef, Don't want to leave out Martin although I'm not sure
Man that's cold. Makes me want to go to the closet and dig out a coat, but with tommorrows high expected to be around 74 I guess I'll skip it.
Couple of things... SDC is only available to people with a OD subscription. Is it maybe that SDC itself is not up to date? Just guessing here.
A few more that Island Dog didn't already list; Science http://news.nationalgeographic.com/index.rss http://science.nasa.gov/rss.xml http://news.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_world_edition/science/nature/rss091.xml http://www.npr.org/rss/rss.php?topicId=7 BBC http://news.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_world_edition/front_page/rss091.xml NPR http://www.npr.org/rss/rss.php?topicId=2 http://www.npr.org/rss/rss.p
If it's like last year, you need several changes or you just sit nekkid and cold in the rain. Luckily, I live about 20 minutes from the track and you can re-enter for the Rolex.
Not sure about the Goats. If you think you tired now, Sebring will put a serious dent in your physical condition and the Rolex takes a week to recover from. They need to space them out a little more. A little over a month doesn't quite get it.
My son was peeking over my shoulder and now he wants to know if you've been to Sebring. The 12 hours ALMS kick off was the first race I ever took him to. Like you he prefers the Lemans Series.
SD if you mean the Daytona Prototypes, I've kind of gotten used to used them. There's more in the field every year. I do prefer the Lemans Series Cars. GT3 is my personal fav. Looking forward to seeing what the Pontiac GTO can do this year. I had a 68 and a 69 way back when gas was 49-59 cents a gallon.
Does the problem happen with all the skins you try or just the Mac OSX skin. I only ask because I use Firefox and Windowblinds and haven't had any problems. I use the Phoenity Theme with Firefox which only skins the tool bars and Windowblinds skins every thing else. Second question, are you using the free version of Wblinds or the Full version?
As on most Fridays. I'm currently running thru a pot of coffee I made 3 hours ago while my wife and son watch Pirates of the Caribbean on DVD. Gonna use this weekend to rest up and get ready for the Rolex 24.
I hope I didn't sound anti-Canadian. I've always felt the same as Carolelee. Put into a crowd I couldn't separate the US citizen's from the Canadians. Stick in a few limey's and Aussie's and as long as they don't talk I still couln't tell. Put a frog in there and I'll find him every time. (just joking <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Laugh.gif" border=
I live in a place with many, many Canadians. the ones I know seem to be OK. Still it's strange that they would spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to come here considering what they think of the US. As a native Floridian I sure wouldn't mind if they just stayed in Canada. Besides I hate it when I get some of their change and none of the stores will accept it.
I don't believe good guys finish last nor do I think that any job or monetary reward is worth my integrity. When I die the only thing I'll take to the grave is my good name. No regrets.
Wblinds, Iconpackager, Rainmeter, Object Dock+, DX2 and Rightclick. No walls, boots or logons. Already have quite a few custom cursors so I don't need CursorXP. Tried Object Bar... I like it but it's overkill with everything else. Also tried FX but the IconX part of DX2 does all I need. No matter how much RAM I have I always try to limit my overhead. I think the things I use give me the most BANG for the buck.
Thank YOU for all the great themes. Looking forward to helping you get to 2 mil.
Rainmeter. Never have understood why we have a Rainlender section but not a Rainmeter section.
The program your talking about is Rainmeter. It's a skinnable app like Sysmetrix. I use it because it seems to use less resources than sysmetrix. It's available at the same site as is Rainlender (A calendar app with a section here on Wincustomize) If you go to Link you can download the program. I believe i got this particular skin from Skinbase.org it's called SystemESP Sorr
#4 I checked and your right. I don't use the minimize button all that much. It does shrink the icon but no screen shot. Well... hopefully it will get resolved in the next update. If we haven't already asked for enough, I'd like to add world peace to the list.
For me the main attraction of tabbed browsing is I can set a folder full of links to all the pages at Wincustomize (or whichever site) that I like to browse and then open the entire folder as tabs in one click. now I can switch back and forth from the galleries to the forums to the articles without having to wait for the page to load each time. In IE to do the same I end up with 7 or 8 different windows open that I have to access through the taskbar an
Thanks Essencay, I missed the Crystal Trays when they were posted. Got'em now
I'm a Civil Engineer, specializing in Land Development (site planning, stormwater, roads, utilities, etc.) therfore a Land Tech. My main hobby has been fishin the coastal flats near my home on the Atlantic Ocean so I added the @ - @LanTec However the new site has a problem with non alphanumeric characters so I've settled for LanTec
OK, back up on the Software tab there's another program called Theme Manager. It is what you use to import themes. The thing is you need to have any other programs installed which you want to use with the theme like Iconpackager , CursorXP, Winamp, Sysmetrix etc. It will import just the windowblind if that's all you have installed but it's meant to put the whole group of skins together at the same time.
