This is really useful info. Thanks. I think it would be a nice idea if Wincustomize might find some place on the new site to save these tutorial type articles that you and your wife are posting. I'd hate to see them lost over time in the forums and it might prompt more of the skinners in the different areas to contribute. A new tab labeled Tutorials is consistant with what the site promotes. You really, really, really, really should have your admin account password protected. A hacker or virus or bot can execute ANY command (format, delete, etc.)or program on your computer from your admin account.

Also a PSP8 satisfied customer. I don't know if they fixed it in version 9 but the targa fomat does not work with Windowblinds. You have to export as a transparent PNG file a use Skinstudio to convert to TGA.

What is the default time between thread updates? Is there a way to set the time between forum updates (like you can in SDC) on the new site?

It seems I remeber an article by Frogboy that annouced the release of 2.4 and that in the article it mentioned that some of the previously made widgets would not work with the upgrades made. I know I'm not much help but you may want to email Martin Conroy since he seems to be the script master.

Like Night Train , I find you nick extremely offensive. Usually I skip over your stuff for that reason. Normally I wouldn't have even checked this thread except it's been very active while I've been lurking. My suggestion is first change the nick... I may not help your ratings but it will allow for a little more "constructive" criticism instead of just criticism. I've never rated any of your skins but with your nickname I would expect perfection.</

My Windowblinds install hasn't been the same since installing SP2. Even after Uninstalling-rebooting-reinstalling several times. I have mouseover problems in the More Programs Menu in certain Wblinds. Never had it before SP2 can't get rid of it now. Since it only effects certain blinds I can still find good ones to use. With the exception of the blue color I find the new site a big improvement. I like the forum set even better than SDC. I would like the small tabs(watchlist, my skins, my account) all added to one large tab like the top ones, maybe called "My Tab" or maybe move them onto the Personal Page and put a tab there for it. I also would like a "return to top of page" link on the bottom of pages to keep from having to scroll all the way back up. Big Kudo's

My condolences, I never had cats until I got married. My wife always has. Got my first one from the pound on the way to our honeymoon. We snuck him into our hotel room in my wifes coat. He lived 12 years and died of bone cancer. It was like losing a relative. My next anniversary will be 20 years. We have always had at least three cats, sometimes as many as six. I've had to put down more than I care to count. Fourteen years is a good run for a cat.

I believe the Wallpapers are moderated heavily due to the volume of uploads. I also believe all forums are moderated to a degree to make sure they don't put up something objectionable or illegal due to copyright. By default the site does not display skins with a rating of less than 2 stars which would have been a 4 (I guess) on the old site. Your monitor may not be set up properly if it's using the previous monitor's settings. open Display Properties, click the Settings Tab, click the Advanced button, on the monitor tab make sure it lists your new monitor.
