Happy Birthday Kitty!
Lantec
Happy 4th! considering the current state of things though I think we should be calling it HAPPY DEPENDANCE DAY! Happy Birthday Shaun!!

He will be missed. RIP
$40 for upgrades from XP and beyond. That's a great way to get people to adopt Windows 8. Even though I'm not impressed by W8, at $40 I'll be picking up a copy.....might not install it but at least I'll be able to when they hit SP1. I believe I paid $40 for Windows 3.1.....
I used to have a list but I lost it somewhere along the way.....the easiest thing is to check one of the bmps from an existing skin. There might even be a skin that used text instead of images. I made my own a long time ago and it should be in most of my sysmetrix skins. Edit: found this but I can't remember if that's the correct number of states but I do know the Sysmetrix weather icons were provided by Stardock (way back when) <a href="https://forums.wincusto

The ORIGIN was with DARPA which is a US thing, but different protocols and standards used today definitely came from other places including England.
Prior to the last one it was Windowblinds.....the last one had great Dreams.
Happy Anniversary Paul! I hope you both have a great day! Kudo's to Terry for putting up with you for so long ;)
This is sad. RIP Boss019. Best wishes to his survivors. He was king of the XP version of Logonstudio.
They've been pumping out Betas every day or two since 4 was released and other than the one that had a handles leak each one gets better. Near the top of my list of good buys for 2012.
I'm still of the opinion that tablets are a fad....much like the Netbooks of a few years ago. I'll go for a $500 15" laptop with 500GB over a 10" 32GB tablet for the same price.

I believe decentralization would occur. Federal government would be useful in the beginning, but by week 4 they'd probably be running a police state. Depending on where & when you're at is how well you'd fare. Winter in NYC you might as well head for a relief center. Winter in rural Florida means time to hunker down...go hunting...harvest the citrus, purify water with pool chlorine or clorox. Keep in mind we've gone without power for weeks after hurricanes so we ha
I drag my desktop & laptop out to the garage about once a month to blast away a bit of dust but this is unreal....I'd be amazed if that computer would stay on for more than 5 minutes.

Happy Birthday Dave!
I'm planning to do a new build in September....can you say Thunder.... so I'm thinking about picking up a copy of Windows 7 that let you get the $15 upgrade so I'll have both when it's time. That way if it sucks wind I can roll back to 7.
