cant update Start 11 to latest version in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

Hi, I have tried updating Start 11 to it's latest version from within Object Desktop but I get the error code 103. I have also tried the update from within Start 11 via it's about menu but it just hangs after the download and then I have to cancel it. Has anyone seen this?
