I think trade bonuses from starbases increase the value of the route itself which would profit both sides. I think I read about someone increasing their pull with a major by increasing the amount of trade with them with trade starbases. Or are you asking about their routes that go through the same sector? That I know would not get the bonus unless you're allied/sharing starbase bonuses. [Message Edited]

Everybody needs to stop picking on Ginata el bohemio (or whatever alias they happen to be picking on). Harel is correct; most of you probably wouldn't care if she had a small score. If she is bouncing from empire to empire, it is because she is trying to find a place she feels welcome; which is somewhat difficult if people are picking on her at every turn. I think that a Coucilmember who leaves and then comes back would need to provide a reason for their leaving, and then the Council would vote on whether or not to let them back in the Council.
