I have tried restarting steam, probably at least 50 times over hte last two days. I have tried nearly every step you can think of for common steam problems. I also opened a support ticket but that hasn't helped either, they just told me to restart steam. I would have thought with hte steps I had taken it might have been obvious it was literally the first thing I tried.

Just like the title says my game wont update to version 2.4. I've tried opting in,opting out,verifying game ingregrity, uninstalling and reinstalling and still my game shows version 2.30.XXXX. I am basically unable to play with other players at this point
