thanks for the reply. I, as a very limited casual player, have come back to the game for the first time since Feb. and miss the ability to let some planets concentrate on ramping up (early), tech, influence, etc. I think I'll make a beeline for the 50% less decay bonus on the pragmatic tree and assign all planets :)

Just DL v 2.5. How can I avoid the production loss on planets not sponsoring a shipyard. Seems the global military production cost exists regardless....help. thanks
