The most likely problem is you download a wallpaper, set is as background, then move the file somewhere else, or even delete it. While the image will still be set as your background, when you restart it will look for the file in the same location you told it to be set from. Most likely instance is, you download a wallpaper to your desktop, unzip the file, right click and set as desktop, then move the file to a different folder. You know, sadly it's good that Jafo and other moderators are subjected to thousands of walls. When you see a few, most of them look good. When you see tons, some start to blend together and some start to stand out. Thus being able to see the crap, the ho hum ones, and the good ones, makes Jafo and the rest all that more efficient at it.

I don't know how to make most things, bootskins, windowblinds, cursors, definetly not winamp skins or windows media player thingys. I'm not but a humble artist, anything requiring program text besides html or lingo and i'm lost.

I don't think there should be a limit to day, sometimes I put more than one thing up at a time, and I'm sure T-Man has enough stuff to do already lol. People should just have and USE common sense is all it comes down to.

Thinking again on the 50 submissions at once deal, that seems to be the thing I've seen a few people do in a desperate attempt to overhaul downloads and get into a top author postion, I've seen that a good couple of times. The funny thing is, usually NONE of their work gets into top downloads, but they'll be in top authors. [Message Edited]

also, so it doesn't sound like I'm being a complete {explitive deleted} I'm not saying that people that use bryce only use it's presets, but 3ds max has 1 preset in it, a tea pot, which people still stick everywhere...sigh

Instead of proclaiming the virtues of Bryce and 3D Max, I hope some people will listen and create some original artwork tis the difference between bryce and 3dsmax, 3ds won't do the work for you. So basically anything that comes out of it IS original.
