I am guessing you have the top panel of the start panel set for blurring as it looks like blurring is happening in the second picture but not the first. What I mean is I think it is taking that 2 seconds for the blur effect to kick in and then you see the result with the jaggies. Try setting the top image to be transparent and not blurred.

Add the program to the list of applications to not be skinned in Windowblinds. The theme probably calls for white text in a background situation. It is a rare situation but becuase of this skins should have system text color as black.

If you have already manually added the images to the skin folder, then they will appear in the drop down menu/ combo box in the centerof Skinstudio'd interface. Simply select the image you want used in that drop down menu. Now Apply to see the image. The upper left pixel has to match the background color of the windows for the images to show. They do not work at all with skins that use transparent backgrounds.
