People always break up arguments when that is the time to make things happen. It happens all the time on the forums. Threads get out of hand and locked. I think that's when the shit should be piled on... especially on the web where noone can physically get harmed and if you are emotionally or spiritually harmed by what someone says online then get a life. IE7 on Xp doesn't skin the toolbar icons. They only change on Vista. The toolbar icons work in ie6 though. Explain the steps you take when making a substyle so I can tell you what you are doing wrong.

Check off "this image has an alpha channel" for all tga /png images and select "this image has transparent parts" option.
