Right click on the dx icon in the system try. Select "new object" In the properties of the new object (a blue button will appear) you will see states tab. click that , you will see a box where you can browse for your pic to replace the default blue button. That is the basics. you can set different properties for the object as well. I am pretty sure you will need to change your gif to a bmp. I may be wrong but I dont think dx supports gifs. Each frame must be exactly the same size. Hop

Ok heres a tip I have been hesitant to share. Some may find it unneccesary but It will make adjusting the graphics of your start panel so easy you will laugh. Sometimes clicking on the ballon works and sometimes it doesnt. I believe there is a setting somewhere in Windowblinds to install skin upon download. Could be wrong but im pretty sure its there somewhere. Maybe the setting is in theme manager. When I get a chance I will check.
