I completely understand what you are going through. The only way I was able to consistently get the substyles to work was duplicating the files. I asked around for help and got no clear help. All I can suggest is that you duplicate the files. I know its no help but that is the only way I have gotten it to work. I did get it to work a couple of times but after losing files and having to start over I just let it duplicate. So far noone has complained. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/s

If this thread interests anyone you may want to check out a book called Nickel & Dimed by Barbara Ehrenheart Its a true story about a lady that quits her job and takes a minimum wage job to see if she can swurvive. She proves that you can't do it and live happily.
Kona is right that everyone should support each other! At least until each other becomes a moron. Original post: I dont see any harm in posting links to other sites. As long as its skinning related. The problem is that most people here consider it a home. It takes time to breeze through the forums. How many forums can 1 person play around in? Ws Taylor, I really hope your site grows. Its a l
It sounds like the objects you are moving are related to the position of another object. Perhaps they have a " parent" or are a "group". I would check the objects properties and se what relationship is going on. Its just a thought hope it helps.

First, you cant make animated boot skins. second, if you just copy an exiting file then change the info you mentioned the boot should work just fine. Joeuser.com has a good tutorial on making a boot skin. If I can create one following his tutorial anyone can.
Try reloading the current skin. I had the same thing this morning. It went away after right clicking the tray icon and reloading current skin.
ChasUGC, I used to have the perfect thing for what you are trying to do. I have lost it but I will try to find it online again. A cool looking pink bummy that said, You Suck, and thats sad. It was a riot.
They are having a problem with the servers. It has been going on a few days now. It will be fixed soon. Be patient. Why not try out one of my skins why you wait.
Funny stuff. Very funny stuff! Thanks.
Oh and Mgiff, even though I completely understand your desire to be silent, I wish you wouldn't Its just a small form of terrorism and you staying silent only empowers him. With that said, I respect your decision to stay silent.
Lets face it, commenting on all the work is pretty cumbersome. We all get lazy and shorten our comments from time to time. I think Adam is right. Sometimes the short comments dont come across the way they are meant.I know I recently left a brief comment on somebodys work and it didnt go so hot. I didnt think I was being rude, I thought I was doing the right thing. I have realized that I was wrong and I tried to correct the matter. I am just not gonna comment anymore unless I have something valua
The best is right here in one half of my mind. Just waiting for the other 1/2 to catch up!
I have a skin started that could be used for a community project. I don't know how it would work but I would be willing to give it a try.
Just wanted to say thanks to Jafo and any other admin that kept an eye out for sour posts. You have done a great job policing. Things feel a bit more secure.
Never had any problems whatsoever.
